European Management Dashboard

This dashboard was developed so that the executive management team responsible for international (non-US) business at a major pharmaceutical company could view key metrics for major product groupings at a consolidated geography level. The application was developed using Enterprise Blocks, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Analysis Services. Custom SharePoint web parts were developed for this application in Microsoft .NET.

A flexible data model was developed for this application. The application reports actual, budget, and related measures for 38 key performance indicators by brand, geography, and time. Users can view any combination of these metrics at a month, quarter, year, quarter-to-date, or year-to-date view and can switch between both local and US currencies. Syndicated Data Warehouse

This system was developed for a major consumer packaged goods company to give them the ability to compare their internal shipment sales measures to the same measures in the syndicate data they purchase from ACNielsen. The application:

• Provides a software system that allows customers to map shipments to scanner data for stores and distribution centers as accurately as possible
• Provides analytical tools to track and analyze sales and consumption trends
• Provides tools to track and validate data and associated mappings
