Support
Enterprise Blocks uses discussion forums as its primary method of providing technical support. You can access these forums by going to http://www.eblocks.com/support or by clicking the link below.
Click here to go to the technical support forums.
These forums are actively managed by technical support personnel at Enterprise Blocks Monday through Friday during Eastern Standard Time business hours 8 AM to 5 PM. These forums are a great way to get answers to questions and resolutions to problems.
Sometimes Enterprise Blocks will take issues off-line and use email or telephone support if required.
Anyone registered with the Enterprise Blocks web site can view content in any of the support forums. However, in order to actually post questions to many of the forums, you must have technical support activated for your account. There are a few ways to have technical support activated. These options are described below.
Trials
Trial users get 30 days of free technical support starting from the date that a trial key is created.
Purchased License
The purchase of any software license comes with 30 days of free technical support.
Support Account
